Stemming from a background in Art and social practice, alongside profound lived experience, Jessi Henderson has undertaken dedicated training as a Grief Coach. This unique foundation allows us to offer truly person-centred support, often integrating practical art activities to aid in your healing journey. We believe in nurturing well-being through creative expression and understanding.

Our grief coaching is designed for anybody grappling with loss – whether from bereavement, significant life changes, or other forms of grief that impact well-being. We aim to provide a safe, confidential space and tailored guidance, offering comfort and practical strategies to navigate your unique journey through healing and adaptation. Your feelings are valid, and your journey is unique.

Your personalised coaching journey

Expect person-centred support tailored entirely to your needs. Our sessions can be conducted in person within the Glasgow area, online from anywhere, or through 'walk and talk' sessions, blending nature with conversation. We can also integrate mindfulness and practical art activities, providing diverse avenues for expression, reflection, and finding peace.
